I’m really blown away by the service I got. Before the ceiling light arrived, the company called me to let me know when to expect it. The representative also verified the bulbs I needed and said he’d add them to my earlier order.

Honestly, I’m taken aback by the bad reviews I’ve come across. Just got my second order delivered right on schedule. Shortly after I placed my order online, I received a call letting me know they noticed my 'needed by Monday' note. The lamps are fantastic, and the personal service is top-notch.

I purchased a really nice shade, but it got damaged during shipping. ULS quickly offered a replacement without any fuss, and before I knew it, a new one showed up in perfect shape! I got some pendant lights and wall fixtures for my kitchen. Super pleased with the cost, shipping, and how well it was packed. There’s a ton of UK-made lighting available on the site, which is fantastic since I’m looking to reduce my purchases of stuff made in China. One of the fixtures was a custom piece crafted in the UK, and they even called me after I placed my order to let me know that the Christmas break would lead to a slight delay in making it. They offered to let me choose something else if I wanted.

I ordered a couple of lamps back in September 2020. When the makers began crafting them, they found a problem with one of the parts. The new ones took a while to arrive because of ongoing supply chain issues. Universal promptly issued a credit for my payment as soon as I reached out. The wonderful Debrah kept me updated on the expected delivery times. Once the parts came in, I placed a fresh order in January 2021. I’m looking forward to getting it by early February. Really pleased with the service and the friendly vibe. Kudos!

I placed my order on 09.12.21 and called on the 13th. George told me that delivery would happen by Friday, the 17th. I waited all day, but no package arrived, and I'm still waiting. This morning, I spoke with a woman who wasn’t very helpful and just blamed COVID and other stuff as reasons for the delay. They’re quick to take my cash but can’t seem to deliver on time. Seriously, why pick DPD as your delivery service when they’re rated so poorly? My agreement is with this company, not the courier they decided to hire, so it’s not my responsibility to track down delivery services that aren’t customer-friendly! I won’t be coming back to this business again. It’s a real bummer because I like supporting local shops, but honestly, you can’t beat good ol’ Amazon with their next-day delivery or money-back guarantee.

I received a courtesy call to verify my order and delivery schedule. The lights showed up on time, but sadly, one was damaged. I called and chatted with George, who was super apologetic and quickly set up a replacement to be sent out. The new light also arrived on time, but guess what? It was damaged too! So, I had to ring up George again, and he was just as polite and helpful as before. This time, he arranged for the light to be sent via a different courier. The third light made it to me in just 3 days, and thankfully, it was in perfect condition. Now, we’ve got two amazing lights ready to go into our kitchen renovation. Huge thanks to George for the fantastic service!
